Lily is a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping individuals unlock their body’s potential to heal and thrive. A former Division I soccer goalkeeper at Loyola University Maryland, she understands firsthand the demands of athletic performance and the importance of proper movement and rehabilitation. Before pursuing a career in physical therapy, Lily spent a year teaching English and training to be a yoga instructor in Thailand while applying to school. This experience fostered a deep appreciation for adaptability, resilience, and connection—values that now shape her approach to patient care.
Lily earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, from weekend warriors to boxers with Parkinson’s disease. She has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages across many sports and levels, including soccer, running, volleyball, and gymnastics. Passionate about using physical therapy beyond just injury recovery, Lily believes in building a foundation that prepares your body for whatever challenges the future may hold. She loves working with patients who are active collaborators in their rehabilitation, ready to put in the effort to achieve their goals.
When not in the clinic, you can find Lily training for her next race, soaking up some sunshine, lifting, flowing through a yoga class, or shaking at Lagree. She is excited to work with you and help you move, feel, and perform at your best
